Hijabi in L'oréal's Campaign

L'oréal first time in the world selected a British hijabi beauty blogger namely Amena Khan to participate in their haircare campaign and it makes a huge achievement in representation of Muslim women.

"How many brands are doing things like this? Not many." - Khan said it in an interview to Vogue Magazin

L'oréal used a blogger in a pink Islamic head scarf in a hair campaign where the hair cannot be seen. Amazing.

The influencer by being in this project, also hopes to correct a popular misunderstanding about Muslim women's relationship with their hair.

"You have to wonder - why is it presumed that women that don't show their hair don't look after it? Hair is a big part of self-care. For me, my hair is an extension of my femininity. I love styling my hair, I love putting products in it, and I love to smell nice. It is an expression of who I am." - she added

Congrats in the name of the entire Fatomina crew to Ameena Khan.
